This is without a doubt the best cheese ball I have ever had!  It is always a hit at parties!

Cheese Ball

8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
2 1/4 ounces dried beef -- chopped
1 tablespoon onion -- grated
1 teaspoon parsley -- dried
2 teaspoons chives -- dried
5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
7 dashes garlic juice
1 jar sesame seeds -- toasted

Mix the cream cheese, dried beef, onion, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic juice together and shape into a ball. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. Roll in sesame seeds before serving.

Serving Ideas : Serve with your favorite crackers.

NOTES : Your favorite nut can be substituted for the sesame seeds.

It is easy to chop the dried beef in the blender or food processor.

I also use the food processor to "grate" the onion.

Although dried parsley and chives are specified in the recipe, fresh are even better!
