Is there anything better than a good Sausage Gravy for breakfast?  This one is easy to make, and you do it all in one skillet.  Well, except for the biscuits, of course.  You'll need a pan for those.  :)

Sausage Gravy

1 pound bulk sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
8 each biscuits

Crumble the sausage into a large skillet. Cook over a medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in the flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in the milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over the biscuits.

Note:  Use your favorite biscuits with this gravy - whomp biscuits**, homemade, frozen...  I myself think the frozen are easy and taste homemade, plus you can make just the number of biscuits you need.

**Whomp biscuits are those canned biscuits in refrigerated section of the store - the ones you whomp on the counter to open...
