When I originally found this picture on the net, it was titled “The Most Popular Guy In Prison.” I have no idea if this is a real tattoo or painted on his skin – I highly suspect the latter – but either way someone very talented and extremely creative did it!
I swear every time I see this photo that those are real nipples on his butt!
